In a large pot Put your onions and bell peppers up just salt and pepper add a little bit of olive oil not much and Take your down-home sausage plume in the pot and let them cook Put your cabbage up real thin wash your cabbage at your cabbage into the pot What I like to do is Same my cabbage a little bit and let them be kind of crunchy because the cabbage your last longer
