4 medium zucchini diced into one inch pieces
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
One 8 oz can tomato sauce
One cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In 8 inch round baking dish , combine zucchini , Parmasen and tomato sauce
Heat in microwave covered for 8 min (stir) sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Let sit for a few min and then Bake 350º 1/2-3/4 hr.
Sprinkle more mozzarella and let stand for 5 min to melt
