Tenderized steak (minute steak) fried
1½ celery stalks
One cup bigger chunk onions
One can tomatoes
½ tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp flour
Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry minute steak and lay in casserole dish

Fry onion celery in meat fat for not very long
Sprinkle flour over onions and celery. Cook and add one can tomatoes, dry mustard, worchesterchire sauce
Pour over meat

Bake 350º 1½ hours
