Cup chopped green peppers
1-7 ounce can of jalapeños chopped
6 ½ cups of sugar
1 ½ cups of white vinegar
1-12 ounce bottle of pectin (certo)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first four ingredients to a boil and boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat add pectin and red food coloring stir until thickened.
Pour and seal if sealing a problem process five minutes at five pounds of pressure
