3 large onions
5 green tomatoes
6 Peppers
2 cup green beans
2 cup cauliflower
2 cup corn kernels
¼ cup salt

Mix together and let stand overnight. Rinse and drain – combine following ingredients:

3 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
1 tbsp mustard
1 ½ tsp celery seed
¾ tsp turmeric

Cook for 5 minutes and process for 15 minutes.
