1 cup chopped green peppers
1 – 7oz can of jalapeños (chopped and seeded)
6 ½ cups sugar
½ cups white vinegar
1 – 12 oz bottled thickener (pectin)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first four ingredients to a boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heal and add thickener and red food coloring and stir until thickened

Pour and seal.
