2 bags lettuce Romain
6 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
3 scallions diced
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 can rice noodles
Dressing
1 medium to large onion quartered
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon dry mustard
2/3 cup cider vinegar
2 cups canola oil
3 tablespoons poppy seeds


Directions:
Directions:
In blender on high blend onion, salt, mustard, sugar, and vinegar.Take center of top of lid and slowly add oil to thicken. Add poppy seeds blend one minute. refrigerate until ready to serve.
do not mix dressing with salad until ready to eat.
