1 lb green beans
2 TB vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger minced
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB garlic chili paste or Sambal oelek or more to taste
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Clean and trim green beans. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add green beans and stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
3. Add garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds, then add the remaining ingredients. The beans should be tender-crisp and the sauce a little thickened.
