8 oz of cooked shrimp cut in pieces
8 oz crab meat
4 tablespoons of butter
1/3 cup green onions
1/3 cup celery chopped
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon tomato paaste
3 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

Over medium heat melt butter add celery and onion cook until soft. Stir in flour for a minute.Heat milk until warm. Add milk to sauce pan and wi
hisk until lumps gone.Whisk in old bay ,salt, pepper, heavy cream and tomato paste. Lower cooking temperature until simmering . Cook until starts to thicken.Stir in shrimp and crab until warm.Top with parsley and serve
