Ingredients:  
1 head or radicchio
2 cara cara oranges
½ cup pitted castelverano olives
3 Tbs. Steph's vinaigrette (see separate recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop radicchio into bite size pieces.
2. Cut away rind from oranges and slice oranges into 1/4 inch discs, cut in half then cut each half into 3 pieces.
3. Half olives.
4. Assemble salad and add 3 tablespoons of dressing and mix.
