2 Tbs Ghee (can substitute butter or oil)
1 large onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tas salt
1/2 butternut squash, peeled, seesed and chopped
2 sprigs rosemary (leaves only, finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, sautee onion in Ghee.

Add beef and cook until no longer pink.

Add paprika and salt, cook for 5 minutes.

Add squash and cook until tender.

Srir in rosemary and serve.
