Ingredients:
Ingredients:
deer meat
3 T margarine
Worcestershire sauce
pepper
garlic salt
dry BBQ seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut deer meat into pieces - approx the size of a quarter and the thickness of your thumb (or slightly more).
2. Melt 3 T margarine in a bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce. Also add pepper, garlic salt, and dry BBQ seasoning. Then stir in deer meat. (Skipped a several hour marinade, especially since I wanted butter on there right before cooking.)
3.Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
4.Add half of meat to air fryer cooking rack, leaving space between pieces. Cook for 5 minutes. Cook smaller pieces in first round when fryer isn't quite as hot yet.
*Could try a slight bit less time.
