1 quart skim milk
¾ tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon white vinegar
10 oz. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler over low heat, place milk and vinegar. Cook, stirring occasionally until curds begin to form. Remove from heat and pour mixture through a strainer, discarding any remaining liquid.Slowly wash curds under running water until the smell of vinegar has disappeared. Place the curds in a clean, medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine baking soda and water, stirring until baking soda is completely dissolved. Pour mixture over curds in bowl and stir until a white paste forms. Use glue for craft projects and store in airtight container.
