Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb chuck roast or flank steak, cubed
4-6 cloves garlic
1 c. beef broth
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
2 T. sesame oil
12 oz broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
3 T. water
3 T. cornstarch
Seasonings as needed
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add canola oil to IP, select sauté. add garlic until fragrant, then brown beef. I season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, and Lawry's seasoning salt before browning. Turn off sauté, add broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Cook manual high pressure for 10-12 min, natural release for about 5-7 min then manual release.
3. Mix water and cornstarch to make a slurry, add to instant pot.
4. Add broccoli florets and stir. Select sauté, close lid and cook for 3 min (fresh) or 5 min (frozen). You may not need to turn the pot back to sauté for the broccoli, ours stays hot enough that I just close the lid with the keep warm function and it works well with frozen broccoli.
5. Dish with rice and enjoy! We add a sprinkle of sesame seeds to garnish.
