Ingredients:  
1. One, 1 lb. package of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage (Regular or Hot)
2. One, 32 oz. package of Velveeta Cheese
3. Two, 10 oz. cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes (Regular or Hot)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in large saucepan, pour off excess grease.
2. Add Velveeta cheese and Rotel to browned sausage and heat until the cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
3. Place in small crockpot on warm setting.
4. Serve with Tortilla chips of your choice.
