Directions: |
Directions:For the meatballs: 1. Mix first 9 ingredients together then mix the beef and pork into it 2. Form meat mixture into balls, about 1 - 1 1/2 inches larges 3. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter into a large frying pan and brown meatballs on all sides (I skip this step to save time and mess) 4. Move browned meatballs to a baking pan and cover with foil 5. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes
For the Sauce: 1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a medium size bowl. Make sure this is well mixed. 2. Add sauce mixture to the same pan you cooked the meatballs in. 3. Over medium heat, bring the sauce to a boil 4. Reduce heat immediately and simmer 2-5 minutes, until sauce is thick 5. Add cooked meatballs
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or egg noodles. I usually triple this recipe if serving a crowd. |
