2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (I use the bacon crumbles in a bag)
Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin tin with paper baking cups and spray lightly with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes
