1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Margarine
2 Tbsp Oil1/3 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
4 1/2 Cups Flour, divided
2 1/4 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast

2 Tbsp Oil


Filling:
1/4 Cup Margarine, melted
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Caramel Sauce
1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Cup Walnuts, chopped, optional

In a large microwave safe bowl combine the milk and melted margarine. Microwave 40 seconds, add yeast and let sit 10 minutes.
Add the sugar, salt, bananas and stir. Add 3 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup at a time stiring betweek each addition. Transfer to a floured surface and knead 3 minutes, add more flour as need to make a soft dough. Shape into a ball. Add the oil to a large bowl and place the dough in the bowl. cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in the friedge for at least 3 hours or overnight until doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen roll into a 12"x18" rectangle. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Spread margaring over dough, sprinkle with sugar mixture. Roll up and slice into 15 (1 1/2") Slices, discard the ends.
Make the caramel sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the sauce ingredients, except walnuts. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with walnuts, if using. Arrange the roll in rows of 3 by 5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 15 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned, watch closely after 25 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes then invert onto a serving platter. Enjoy.
