1 3lb roast

MARINADE

1 cup wine
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup orange juice

HONEY-GARLIC GRAVY

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp dry mustard
6 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in pan and pour marinade on top. Cover and bake for 1/2 hour per pound.

Remove from oven and discard liquid. Allow meat to cool and slice.

Combine sauce ingredients for gravy. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and pour over sliced meat.
