2-3 pound pork loin
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
8 cloves minced garlic
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork loin with salt and pepper
Heat large pan over medium high heat
Add oil and once hot add the pork loin and brown each side about 2-4 minutes until golden
Add pork loin to crockpot and rub it with garlic
Add soya sauce, pineapple chunks and juice
Distribute brown sugar evenly over the top of the pork
Cook on low for 4-6 hours until pork is cooked
