⅓ cup vinegar
⅓ cup sugar
⅔ cup milk or half n half
Salt and pepper to taste - several shakes of each
Sliced cucumbers
Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers. Slice thin.
Fill measuring cup to ⅓ with sugar.
Cover with vinegar to ⅓ mark.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add milk to full(1 cup mark)
Stir well.
Pour this mixture over sliced cucumbers. Chill.

Delicious!
Also makes great cole slaw when poured over chopped cabbage.
