1 ¼ cup of sour cream
⅔ cup milk
2 large eggs
½ cup butter, Melted
2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
1 tbsp sugar or honey
1 cup cheese sharp shredder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream , milk, and eggs.
Whisk in the butter .
Add the corn muffin mix, cheese, sugar or honey and stir to combine. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
Bake @ 400ºF for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. FOR the top once its done baking melt 4tbsp butter & 1 tbsp honey, whisk and spread evenly over top
