1 3/4 Lb Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless
6 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken between two pieces of suran wrap and pound with a meat mallet to about 1/2" thick. Or slice horizontally for ease.
Mix all ingredients, except chicken in a ziploc bag or bowl. Add chicken and refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight.
Preheat the grill to 400º. Cook on top rack for 5 minutes, flip, cook 5 minutes more, or until internal temperature is 170º.

I like this one with sauted peppers, onions, mushrooms and melted cheese on top.
Also great on a salad.
