1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 lemon (juice only)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
red food coloring
1 box strawberry jello
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 pie shell
whip cream for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Cook water, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, food coloring, add 1 box of strawberry jello. Let cool until room temperature. Bake pie shell, cool. Arranged strawberries in pie shell and pour liquid over top. Cover with whip cream and chill.
