1 large bag of shredded hash browns
1 pint sour cream
1 stick butter
1 cut chopped onion, sauteed in the butter
2-3 c. shredded cheese, halved
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Sautê onion in butter until golden. Mix remaining ingredients together with about ⅔ of the cheese. Put in sprayed 9x12 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
