Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1½ cups broccoli florets, chopped
6 large eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until they are tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg until well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and the broccoli-onion mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
