2 sticks butter
1 small bag of baby red potatoes
2 onions (wedged)
1 lb andouille sausage (sliced)
1 bag jumbo shrimp
4 clusters of crab legs
8 hard boiled eggs
8 small cobs of corn
1 lemon (sliced)
Cajun seasoning (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill pot full enough to submerge all ingredients. Add cajun seasoning to taste and the sticks of butter. Bring to a boil.
2. While the water is coming to a boil, rinse and halve potatoes, slice onions, sausage and lemon.
3. Once boiling, add the onions, potatoes and lemon. Boil until potatoes are tender but not quite fully cooked (10-20 minutes).
4. Add sausage, seafood, corn and eggs. Boil for another 5-10 minutes (until seafood is cooked).
5. Remove ingredients from pot and spread on a baking sheet to serve
