"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This is Grandma Smith's famous New Year's Eve treat. She would bring tray after tray into the family room, with each being devoured before the next one came in. In her honor, and also in the spirit of tradition (not to mention the yumminess!), Ben and Wendy have made this for our family celebration every New Year's eve. Thank you, Grandma, and thank you Ben and Wendy.
