2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
3 tbsp Cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup oil
1 Cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 Eggs
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing
6 tbsp canned evaporated milk
1/2 stick of butter
3 tbsp cocoa
1 box powdered sugar (16 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecans (pieces)

Directions:

CAKE
Mix in large bowl sugar and flour
Mix in saucepan Cocoa, Butter, oil, water, and buttermilk
When saucepan is boiling pour in large bowl with sugar and flour.
Add eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Grease and flour dust the cooking pan
Cook cake at 400 degrees for 14 minutes (check with toothpick)

ICING
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans in a bowl
Mix in saucepan canned milk, butter and cocoa and bring to boil
Pour sugar, vanilla, and pecans in boiling pan
Pour icing mix over hot cake.
