Ingredients: 1 9 oz box Barilla no-boil lasagna noodles SAUCE LAYER 2 large jars marinara sauce (24 oz) CHEESE LAYER 1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese, whole milk 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp italian seasonings 1/4 C fresh Italian parsley, chopped 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3 C shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided 3/4 C fresh Parmesan cheese MEAT LAYER 3/4 lb Italian sausage, sweet 3/4 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions:Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a deep 9x13x2 inch Pyrex with Pam. Set aside
In a large pan, brown Italian sausage and ground beef, onion and garlic in frying pan until done, mashing it up like you are make taco meat! Drain and set aside. In medium size bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, parsley, italian seasonings, 2 cups of the Mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Set aside. Layer in order: 1 C of sauce evenly in bottom of dish, then add. 4 uncooked noodles 1/3 ricotta cheese mixture 1/2 meat 1 C mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 C spaghetti sauce Begin all over again. You should have 3 layers of noodles ending with sauce and Mozzarella on top.
Cover and bake for 50-60 minutes. Uncover and bake until all the cheese is melted (5 minutes) Let stand for at least 15 minutes before serving. .
NOTES: VEGETABLE LASAGNA: Substitute sautéed eggplant, spinach, zucchini, or any vegetable for the meat.
