2 acorn squash
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 T softened butter
3 T brown sugar
1/8 tsp fresh grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Slice a little off the top and bottom of squash, then cut in half. Scrape out seeds and pulp. Make a paste of rest of ingredients. Set squash in a lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Using about 2 teaspoons of butter mixture, brush all over the inside and on top of the squash.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until soft. You may want to brush once or twice while they are baking to keep the tops moist.
