1 (16 oz) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C milk
1 C grated Swiss cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 jar of roasted red bell peppers, sliced
1 can French fried onion rings, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Thaw vegetables, drain well, and put in a large bowl. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheese, red pepper, seasonings and half of the onion rings. Pour into a greased casserole and bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add remaining cheese and onion rings and bake for another 5 minutes uncovered.
