3 cans Del Monte Blue Lake Green Beans
3 T olive oil
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a nonstick saucepan. Bring to a boil and continue to cook on high heat. When water is almost gone, the beans will begin to sizzle. Watch them because they will begin to caramelize in the bottom of the pot. Once this begins, stir the beans around in the glaze until you begin the smell the beans. Pour about 1/2 C water in pot and continue deglazing the beans. Enjoy!
