Directions:
Gently pound breasts until they're a ½ inch thick. In a bowl whisk together all remaining ingredients. Place chicken and marinade in a 1 gallon ziplock bag , press all the air out and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the chicken will be ready to be grilled.

Charcoal grilling is best. Prep grill with hot charcoal and cook until grill marks appear. Don't over cook and dry the chicken out.

Gas Grill: Turn all burners on high until grill is hot. Drain marinade from ziplock and add a little oil, swish around until chicken is coated, then put on the grill. It will only take a couple of minutes on each side until chicken is fully cooked. Do not ovwer cook and dry out your chicken.

Serve with warm pitas, lettuce, chopped tomato and Mediterranean white sauce.
