4 c. water
2 Tb. black tea leaves
2 Tb. butter
2 Tb. heavy cream
⅛ salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a bowl, then lower. Add tea leaves and simmer about 3 minutes. Strain.

Combine tea with remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 3 minutes until well combined.

Serve hot.

Use a smoky tea, like Lapsang Souchong, if available.
