1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice

Topping: 1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 T flour and 1 T butter (cut into small pieces to lay on top)

Sift together first four ingredients. Combine the remaining ingredients together and add to the flour mixture. Stir until flour is moistened. Pour into greased 9" pan. Top with topping, one ingredient at a time. Bake at 400º for 25-30 min.
