Ingredients: 1 large can refried beans, 2 burrito size flour tortillas, 1 lb. ground beef, gated cheddar cheese, sour cream, (most of a 16 oz. tub), 1 envelope burrito seasoning mix

Directions:1. Cook ground beef until well done. Drain grease. 2. Meanwhile, grate cheese, enough to put a handful on about 10 to 12 large burritos. 3. Boil meat with water as instructed on pkg. of burrito seasoning mix. Be sure almost all of water is cooked off but mixture is still very moist before adding to tortilla shells. 4. Place beans in a microwave safe container and heat with a lid on top. Do not seal the lid.Heat one minute in microwave. Stir, then heat another minute or until beans are hot. Stir beans again. 5. Leaving 1 1/2 inches on each end of each tortilla, layer beans, sour cream, ground beef, and cheese. 6. Fold ends of burrito inward and roll. 7. Cook in microvave two at a time until cheese is melted, checking every 30 seconds for level of doneness |
