"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 jar (26 to 30 oz) tomato pasta sauce (any variety),
1 tsp garlic salt,
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast tenders,
14 uncooked manicotti shells (8 ounces),
1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained,
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Note: Do not boil the manicotti beforehand, according to pkg. directions. Stuffing limp noodles is a comedy of errors and they do cook while in the oven.
1. Heat oven to 350. Spread about one-third of the pasta sauce in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
2. Sprinkle garlic salt on chicken. Insert chicken into uncooked manicotti shells, stuffing from each end of shell to fill if nescessary. Place shells on pasta sauce in dish..
3. Pour remaining pasta sauce evenly over shells, covering completely. Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
4. Cover and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until shells are tender.
