1 lb. Sausage
1 med. onion (diced)
6 eggs
3 T sour cream
6 T Picante sauce
8 oz.s Cheddar cheese (grated)
8 oz.s Mozzarella cheese (grated)
8 oz.s Velvetta cheese (grated)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 13x9" baking dish. Saute sausage and onion untill done; drain. Place in baking dish. Combine eggs and sour cream in blender; whip for 1 minute. Place in baking dish and bake untill eggs are softly set (4 to 6 minutes). Remove from oven and reduce heat to 300 degrees. Sprinkle with cheeses and then spoon picante sauce evenly on top and cook untill cheeses are melted and bubbly.
