5 lbs.Potatoes
2 - 3 oz. packages Cream Cheese
1 c Sour Cream
2 t. Onion Salt & 1/4 t. Pepper(Use White Pepper)
4 T.Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cook and mash Potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
Place in greased casserole. Dot with butter and bake 350 - 30 min or heat in Microwave.
