1 onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 cup raw rice
1 1/4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
1 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and sauté onion. Add remaining vegetables and sauté until lightly browned. Add rice, vegetable stock and wine. Cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
