2 -8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 -8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 -8 oz can chopped green pepper
2 T finely chopped onion
2 T seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans, toasted and divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, stir in 1 cup pecans. Cover and chill until firm.

Shape mixture into a ball, roll in remaining 1 cup pecans. Place cheese ball on a serving platter; serve with crackers and strips of green and red bell pepper.
