4 center cut pork chops
2T. margarine
2c. applesauce
1/2c. apple juice
1/3c. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix all ingredients, except pork chops. Pour over pork chops in a skillet, cover, turn heat to low and cook for approximately 45 minutes. Take cover off and cook for 10 additional minutes. Serve with rice.
