1 c. diced onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. oil
3 c. chicken
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 - 14.5oz. cans diced tomatoes
15oz. can kidney beans
8.75oz. can kernel corn
4oz. can diced green chilies
1 c. chicken broth
tortilla chips
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes; stirring occasionally. Serve soup in a bowl over grated cheese and tortilla chips.

Personal Notes:
I use water instead of the chicken broth and use more than 1 cup. You can use either and add more or less to your liking.
