1-1/2# ground ham
1-1/2# ground pork
2 c milk
2 eggs
2 c crackers or bread crumbs
1/2 c catsup
2 c brown sugar
2 T mustard
1/2 c diluted vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Mix first 6 ingredients together and form loaf. Bake 2 hours. Prepare mixture of remaining ingredients and baste loaf every 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven, cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes. Allows resorption of fluids for a juicier meatloaf (Credit Alton Brown).
