2 T oil
2-1/2# boneless beef, cubed
2 c onions, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
1 c beer
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
3 T chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
2 cans (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 c Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a large sauce pan over med-high heat. Drain.
Sauté onion. Stir in remaining ingrdients except beans. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Stir frequently.
Add beans and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
