1 cooked crumb top apple pie (or any other fruit pie)
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
2 c whipped topping
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 c powdered sugar, sifted
4 T caramel creme liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie if uncooked. Cool. Break up pie. Thaw puff pastry to room temp. Preheat oven 400ºF.
Unfold pastry on a floured surface. Cut into 3 strips along creases. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire racks.
Combine topping and sugar and set aside.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar on low speed until light and fluffy. Mix in liqueur.
Place one puff pastry on a platter. Crush down center. Spoon in apple pie pieces, then a layer of whipped topping. Repeat with next layer. Top with puff pastry. Drizzle with glaze and serve.
