Mix like pie dough:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
4 cups flour

Add:
3 eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Chill for 1 hour or overnight.Preheat oven 375º Roll out dough onto floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness and use cookie cutter of choice. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes.

Icing:
Powered sugar, 1 tbsp flour and milk (just enough to make a spreadable glaze).
