3 c egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 T unsalted butter
2 T flour
1 T garlic powder
2 T dried onion flakes
2 c 1/2 & 1/2
1 c chicken broth
1 large can of tuna or 3 small cans
1 c peas
2 T pimiento
3/4 c potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease 2-qt. baking dish. Melt butter in a sauce pan, stir in flour. Gradually stir in garlic, onion,milk & broth. Continue cooking while stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in pasta, tuna, peas & pimiento. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle chips on top.
Bake 8- 10 minutes until chips are golden. Serve.
