1--6 oz. Pkg of Mexican Cornbread Mix
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 cup chopped onion
10 oz. frozen spinish, thawed and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into skillet with hot grease and bake at 450º until golden brown.
